Refund & Return Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive it. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Products with obvious signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
  • To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again within 7 days.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email [email protected] with your order number and explanation.

Return Shipping

  • To return an item, contact [email protected] for the return shipping address.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.
  • If returning a high-value item, consider trackable shipping or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
